These terms govern the use of this website, product.workforce-studio.com (the "Website"), operated by SK & AH Workforce Intelligence and AI Research GbR, Würzburger Str. 25, 90766 Fürth, Germany ("we", "us"). The products presented here are published by a separate party named in the Impressum. Their use is governed by the licence published for each product, not by these terms:

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides product documentation, support information, a downloadable data template and legal documents. It is informational. No contract is concluded by viewing it, and nothing on it constitutes legal, tax or compliance advice.

2. Content and downloads

We take care to keep the content accurate and current, but give no warranty that it is complete, correct or up to date. Product documentation describes the product version named on the respective page. The Excel data template is provided free of charge for preparing your own data. You may copy and adapt it for that purpose.

3. Intellectual property

The content, design and code of the Website are our property or that of our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any further use requires our prior written consent. Microsoft, Power BI, Excel and AppSource are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Other names are the property of their respective owners.

4. External links

The Website links to third-party sites. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.

5. Liability

The Website is provided free of charge. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations and only for typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here applies from the date shown above.

7. Governing law and contact
